FOUNDER + LEAD MENTOR
Nathan serves as the dynamic founder and director of Realigned Services, passionately manifesting his vision since 2022. With a background in mentoring and supporting individuals with mental health barriers and both physical and intellectual disabilities, in their pursuit of learning, employment, skill enhancement, and effective communication, Nathan possesses a strong passion for witnessing the flourishing of every individual he encounters.
Nathan strongly believes in using a client-led approach in his services, allowing opportunities for each individual to self-lead and make informed choices and decisions.
When Nathan is outside of the work space, he consistently prioritises his fitness and overall well-being, allowing him to radiate vitality in both his personal and professional life. Nurture and connection lie at the core of his values, driving him to dedicate quality time to his family and friends and engaging in activities that foster meaningful connections.
Nathan embodies a unique blend of passion and devotion to his offerings. Grounded in his genuine care for others, he seamlessly brings his exceptional communication skills and expertise to create a transformative experience for all who cross his path.

Sasha
CO-FOUNDER + BUSINESS MANAGER
With a wealth of experience in business support and administration, Sasha has proven herself to be an invaluable asset as a support person and assistant to numerous businesses.
Sasha brings with her a genuine understanding of the importance of a strong support network, stemming from her own background and lived experiences having supported family members facing mental health barriers and physical disabilities, as well as overcoming her own struggles with chronic illness. Sasha truly comprehends the difference that proper support can make in someone's life.
Outside of the realm of work, Sasha possesses a true passion for nourishing her loved ones through creative expression in cooking and holistic offerings. Additionally, Sasha finds solace and fulfilment in her home pottery studio, where she moulds clay into beautiful creations.
Most importantly, Sasha's passion lies in supporting individuals to thrive and experience a life beyond societal norms. She firmly believes in the power of creating a space where everyone feels valued and supported, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Bec
MENTOR + SUPPORT WORKER
Bec has a strong passion for supporting individuals to access the community in a recreational capacity. With a background and business degree in sport and recreation management, she jumped straight into the passion that brought her into the field and supported juniors getting involved in sport.
Bec has experience working with children in schools through sports, OSHC and undertaking study to support kids as an SSO which has given her insight into the power and incredible impact behind intentional and connected support with kids.
Bec’s gentle, kind and vibrant character, often filled with laughter and humour plays a big part of what makes Bec who she is. She is a huge-hearted, family-centred and extremely compassionate human and cares a great deal about those in her life.
With her own struggles and experiences with mental health and the pressure of growing up around elite sport, her passion for supporting others who are experiencing their own struggles brings her a lot of purpose.
When Bec isn’t working, you will generally find her doing anything that involves water, the beach or surf life saving with her partner and two kids.
Bec is passionate about helping people from youth to adulthood understand themselves. “It has taken me almost 30 years to understand myself, my world and those around me. If I can support someone to do that for themselves I am so confident that they will be able to live a full fun life.”

CARLA
MENTOR + SUPPORT WORKER
Carla is enthusiastic about creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel seen, understood, and free to be themselves. With a background in holistic health, somatic healing practices, and nutrition, she brings a calm, grounding and encouraging presence to her work. She understands the strong connection between emotional wellbeing and the physical body and strives to support people in a way that nurtures both.
Growing up with a twin and being heavily involved in sport taught Carla the value of teamwork, patience, and trust from a young age. These early experiences shaped her natural ability to uplift others, hold space effectively and build meaningful, authentic connections.
Mental health awareness sits at the heart of Carla’s approach. She is committed to kindness, compassion and helping individuals feel safe, confident, and supported in their everyday lives.
Outside of work, Carla loves being in nature or by the ocean. She enjoys herbal medicine, nourishing food, music, dancing, exploring culture, photography and spending time with her dog, Archie. Connection and community are central to her life, and she finds joy in walking alongside others as they grow and thrive.

Oakley
MENTOR + SUPPORT WORKER
Oakley is passionate about building genuine connections and creating supportive environments where people feel comfortable being themselves. With a background in youth sport coaching, disability support, and school-based education, he brings a calm, steady and encouraging presence to his role.
He enjoys supporting participants to develop confidence, independence, emotional regulation, and meaningful community connections. Oakley believes that strong relationships are the foundation of great support and takes pride in helping people work towards their goals at a pace that feels right for them.
Outside of work, Oakley leads an active lifestyle and enjoys football, running, gym training, technology, gaming, and cooking. His down-to-earth nature, patience, and authentic approach help him build trust and create positive support experiences that empower participants to thrive.

Aleksa
MENTOR + SUPPORT WORKER
Aleksa is a relationship-focused support worker who is passionate about helping people build confidence, independence, and meaningful lives. With experience supporting individuals across a range of goals, he takes pride in creating genuine connections and tailoring his approach to suit each person's unique strengths, interests, and aspirations.
He particularly enjoys supporting participants with employment and education goals, capacity building, community access, and developing practical life skills. Aleksa believes that everyone deserves opportunities to pursue what matters most to them and works alongside participants to create pathways towards greater independence and personal growth.
Outside of work, Aleksa has completed studies towards becoming a commercial pilot and enjoys staying active at the gym, gaming, watching films and TV series, and spending time with friends. His warm, positive and collaborative nature allows him to build strong rapport and support participants to feel respected, empowered, and confident in achieving their goals.

Flynn
MENTOR + SUPPORT WORKER
Flynn is a friendly and compassionate support worker who brings empathy, understanding, and a genuine passion for helping others to his role. Living with Cystic Fibrosis has given him firsthand insight into the importance of quality support, resilience, and maintaining routines, shaping the person-centred approach he brings to every participant relationship.
He enjoys supporting participants to build confidence and independence through community access, daily living skills, routine development, social engagement, and goal achievement. Flynn values the importance of creating genuine connections and believes that shared interests can be a powerful foundation for positive and meaningful support experiences.
Outside of work, Flynn enjoys gaming, music, playing guitar, fitness, basketball, rugby, surfing, skating, creative activities, and all things sci-fi and fantasy. His approachable nature, lived experience, and ability to connect through common interests help participants feel supported, understood, and empowered to pursue the life they want.
