FOUNDER + LEAD MENTOR
Nathan serves as the dynamic founder and director of Realigned Services, passionately manifesting his vision since 2022. With a background in mentoring and supporting individuals with mental health barriers and both physical and intellectual disabilities, in their pursuit of learning, employment, skill enhancement, and effective communication, Nathan possesses a strong passion for witnessing the flourishing of every individual he encounters.
Nathan strongly believes in using a client-led approach in his services, allowing opportunities for each individual to self-lead and make informed choices and decisions.
When Nathan is outside of the work space, he consistently prioritises his fitness and overall well-being, allowing him to radiate vitality in both his personal and professional life. Nurture and connection lie at the core of his values, driving him to dedicate quality time to his family and friends and engaging in activities that foster meaningful connections.
Nathan embodies a unique blend of passion and devotion to his offerings. Grounded in his genuine care for others, he seamlessly brings his exceptional communication skills and expertise to create a transformative experience for all who cross his path.

Sasha Van Leuven
CO-FOUNDER + BUSINESS MANAGER
With a wealth of experience in business support and administration, Sasha has proven herself to be an invaluable asset as a support person and assistant to numerous businesses.
Sasha brings with her a genuine understanding of the importance of a strong support network, stemming from her own background and lived experiences having supported family members facing mental health barriers and physical disabilities, as well as overcoming her own struggles with chronic illness. Sasha truly comprehends the difference that proper support can make in someone's life.
Outside of the realm of work, Sasha possesses a true passion for nourishing her loved ones through creative expression in cooking and holistic offerings. Additionally, Sasha finds solace and fulfilment in her home pottery studio, where she moulds clay into beautiful creations.
Most importantly, Sasha's passion lies in supporting individuals to thrive and experience a life beyond societal norms. She firmly believes in the power of creating a space where everyone feels valued and supported, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Bec Wells
YOUTH MENTOR + SUPPORT WORKER
Bec has a strong passion for supporting individuals to access the community in a recreational capacity. With a background and business degree in sport and recreation management, she jumped straight into the passion that brought her into the field and supported juniors getting involved in sport.
Bec has experience working with children in schools through sports, OSHC and undertaking study to support kids as an SSO which has given her insight into the power and incredible impact behind intentional and connected support with kids.
Bec’s gentle, kind and vibrant character, often filled with laughter and humour plays a big part of what makes Bec who she is. She is a huge-hearted, family-centred and extremely compassionate human and cares a great deal about those in her life.
With her own struggles and experiences with mental health and the pressure of growing up around elite sport, her passion for supporting others who are experiencing their own struggles brings her a lot of purpose.
When Bec isn’t working, you will generally find her doing anything that involves water, the beach or surf life saving with her partner and two kids.
Bec is passionate about helping people from youth to adulthood understand themselves. “It has taken me almost 30 years to understand myself, my world and those around me. If I can support someone to do that for themselves I am so confident that they will be able to live a full fun life.”
